THIS IS ME
My fascination for helping others laid the foundation for my path into education, community organizing, coaching, and consulting.
During my time in education and politics, I experienced first-hand the need for support and resources for Black women in leadership roles. I also saw the great need for equipping Black mothers with the strategies and tools to successfully navigate the educational system with their children. This experience ignited in me a passion for helping Black women bridge the gap between surviving to thriving.
With my in-depth knowledge of education, leadership and community organizing, I moved into consulting. For years, I have had the privilege of supporting and working with women from all walks of life. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of the unique challenges that women of diverse backgrounds face.
When I'm not strategizing or solving problems, I find inspiration in exploring new cultures and immersing myself in the ever-evolving world of education. This continuous learning allows me to offer my clients the most cutting-edge solutions and insights.
